Add control for icon position on buttons

Currently, any button with an icon prop will display the icon to the left of the button text. For actions such as navigation, it's visually cleaner to have the icon on the right. This would help us to remain consistent with our current button designs

We should add a prop to control the position of the icon, defaulting to left to maintain consistency.
