Support library browsing

Georg Krause requested to merge georgkrause/mopidy:browse_libs into master

This is still work in progress. Sadly it can only list libraries, since I cannot find any way to filter artists, albums or tracks by library ID. So this is on hold until I found out or the API is extended.
