Here comes the Arch Linux installation documentation!

Note:

Since it is very similar to Debian I have extended the Debian installation doc rather than creating a separate one.
I have not renamed the debian.rst file to avoid breaking any existing links.
I have not tested using Apache2 instead of Nginx so I have only added a disclaimer & a link to the Arch Linux wiki.
