maloja: update submitted payload to follow latest maloja spec

This extends the Maloja plugin to submit additional data (album artists and track duration) according to the latest version of their spec. See https://github.com/krateng/maloja/blob/master/API.md for details on the added data.

This also includes a boolean setting to control whether Maloja should attempt to fix metadata or not (requires !2334 (merged)).
