Library Upload: missing retry upload button

What is the problem you are facing?

When an upload fails, it would be nice to provide a retry button next to the error in the upload UI. Otherwise users have to find the file again in their filesystem.

What are the possible drawbacks or issues with the requested changes?

A good placement for the button must be found ;)
