Hide compilations artists

What is the problem you are facing?

I have several artists in my library that I have no idea where they're coming from or why they are here. This is because they are either from compilations, or appearing as a guest/duo on an other artists' album.

It would be nice to be able to hide them, and only show the main artist instead. A nice side-effect would be to improve the search, since this will reduce the number of artists.

What are the possible drawbacks or issues with the requested changes?

I don't think there is any drawback/issue wrt. this suggestion.
