Automatic translation doesn't work

Steps to reproduce

What happens?

When visiting a /library page, the content isn't automatically translated in your browser's language.

What is expected?

As you can see on the picture, the language is correctly detected in the "change language". But if you want the page to be translated you have to choose another language and then come back to your language

Funkwhale version(s) affected: 0.17

Tried on different instances with Firefox 64
