Smarter query language in search bar

Right now, searching "Hello world" in a search bar will return all object that have "hello" and "world" in one on the configured search fields.

However, this is not really efficient when you want greater control. I'd like to see some kind of Github like syntax for the search. Cf https://help.github.com/articles/searching-issues-and-pull-requests/#search-only-issues-or-pull-requests
