Add ability to jump to specific page in list

Currently in the artist, and album list views, you cannot jump to a specific page (might be possible via URL edit, but the address box is not visible when Funkwhale is a PWA).

For example, I have 23 pages of albums with the page size set to 50. The page number element displays the current page, next page, ellipses, and then the last two pages accompanied by navigation arrows to progress 1 page in either direction. The ellipse button is non-functional.

In some sites, this ellipse serves a function whereby if clicked, the user can enter a page number and jump directly to it. I feel this will be very handy here.

You could have the ellipse change into a text input field in the same spot, or have an element pop up to include a button but that doesn't really fit in with the rest of the UI design.
