Big part of volume bar is very quiet, almost silent

Steps to reproduce

1. Set volume to eg. 1/4 of volume bar or lower

What happens?

Music is almost inaudible even if speakers/headphones are set to pretty loud.

What is expected?

Volume bar should end a bit higher. Dynamic range should be adjusted.
