Update and integrate All in One Docker Deployment

Currently the buildfiles for the All-In-One Docker Image is maintained by external developers. Its located here: https://github.com/michaelmob/docker-funkwhale

We only provide prebuilds of these images, but these are broken due to the latest changes for %"1.2". I am going to disable the builds for the time being.

But we cannot just drop the support for this deployment method. So I'd suggest we take the project into our own control, since they do not reply to my questions how to proceed with the current situation.

I see two options, we can fork the project, change whats needed to get the build succeed again and we are done or we integrate the Dockerfile into our repository, which would allow a much cleaner CI configuration. I can live with both, but would be happy about some feedback.
