Re-import of existing large music library does not notice changed files

Steps to reproduce

  1. Import a collection of files into a library by adding symlink to music server to import directory and importing all.
  2. Replace one album of "mp3" files already imported with "flac" version.
  3. Trigger import on entire directory on library import tab.

What happens?

Funkwhale does not notice the files were changed, keeps references to old files which do not play b/c no longer present.

What is expected?

Funkwhale should notice that the files were changed, remove old files from collection and add new ones. Workaround: Import specific album directory.

Context

Funkwhale version(s) affected: x.y 1.1 on Yunohost.

Thanks to you and everyone who has contributed to making and sharing this great software!
