Encoding problem in RSS feeds?

Steps to reproduce

Follow this RSS feed for instance: https://feeds.lagedernation.org/feeds/ldn-mp3.xml

What happens?

RSS feed is followed correctly, but the title is not displayed correctly, see screenshot. Lastepisode should be Haushaltspläne, it is encoded correctly in the xml file.

Also it seems that the subsonic API is impacted: it still works with Ultrasonic for instance, but with DSub I get following error message: Invalid ind: '"'. It seems that there is a problem in their implementation as well (otherwise it shouldn't work with Ultrasonic...), but it would still be better have it fixed here and being encoding-proof.

Also it seems to have led my server to crash, which then needed a manual restart. Not sure though as I can't reproduce it every time and I couldn't catch corresponding logs...

What is expected?

Title of the podcast episode is displayed correctly.
