Open queue scrolled to current track.

Hugh Daschbach requested to merge hdasch/funkwhale-android:scroll-queue-to-current into develop

Do not scroll on Event.QueueChanged and Command.RefreshTrack to avoid yanking focus/position out from under a user who is manually scrolling through the queue.

This is a proposed fix for enhancement request #128 (closed). In his incarnation, switching applications while the play queue is open will reset the play queue position to "current" when FFA regains foreground/focus. That works for me. But it is not clear that this is the best UX. Open to suggestions...
