Point to the the correct Mastodon profile from the blog sidebar.

I noticed a series of redirected Mastodon accounts when I clicked the link from the blog, so I thought I'd fix this to the current one.

In other news, please update your hosted Mastodon instance to 4.2.5 asap 🙂
