Suggestions Feed Spec, initial draft
I don't expect to merge this anytime soon, but I feel like it was needed to write this down to start the discussion. I'd gladly accept any review, comments and feedback!
This first spec targets the interactions between Retribute clients and content platforms. The idea is to standardize how Retribute clients query activity data from content platforms to power their suggestions. I called it Suggestions Feed Format because that's pretty much it, but we can obviously find something better!
I'd probably recommend doing your first reading at https://dev.funkwhale.audio/retribute.me/spec/blob/suggestions-spec/specs/suggestions-feed-format.md, and use the review interface for typos/suggestions afterwards :)
