Use sphinx_rtd documentation theme, added logo and link to source on Gitlab
I'm not really happy with the current theme, so this MR is a proposal to use Read The Docs theme. I tend to think it's easier to parse visually (especially the table of contents, which is really messy on the current theme), for various reasons, including:
- Better contrast
- Better separation between content and navigation
- Links are styled properly when visited
I've also included our logo in the docs and a link to the corresponding source on Gitlab for easier editing.
