Stop all other tracks when loading a new track

rrrnld requested to merge rrrnld/funkwhale:bugfix/multiple-tracks-playing-at-once into develop

I think this fixes #1387 (closed), should also fix #1213 (closed) if I'm not mistaken. Would be glad if someone could review this! If this is fine I'll add an entry to the changelog. :)
