Improve UI consistency in an artist's tracklist

rrrnld requested to merge rrrnld/funkwhale:enhancement/artist-track-row-consistency into develop

This places the "More" button (with the vertical ellipsis) to the very right, making it more consistent with the rest of the UI (and with how the pattern is used elsewhere as well).
