I started a kubernetes deployment dev (https://dev.funkwhale.audio/i_lie/funk8s_hosting), in some way as an exercice to practice k8s from a DevOps and hoster point of view.

Going through this I might have some questions and when finished the result could perhaps be interesting to incorporate in the project : hence this MR.

Here are the resulting yaml files (soon deployable as a kustomization).
