Ask merge upstream for change in dependency requests-http-signature

I was looking at the dependencies again and I realized that requests-http-signature points to a fork. Not a big issue but the commit to allow Signature support could be forwarded to the upstream project https://github.com/pyauth/requests-http-signature via a Merge Request.
