html encoding of the title h1 of the page about (0.18.0 / 0.19.0-rc2)

As my English is not very good, an image will be more meaningful. ;)

The apostrophe in the instance name is encoded, but not interpreted. It only does it for the h1 title, everywhere else it's OK.
