Width of radio filters too narrow

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new radio
2. Add a new filter

What happens?

The text boxes that appear for the filters are too small, leading to the following issues:

1. Text overlaps the box
2. The dropdown button is difficult (impossible) to click

What is expected?

Boxes should envelope the text correctly and dropdown box should be selectable.
