Fix little quircks in import

• put buttons in top to avoid scrolling
• better history management
• allow more types than just ogg and mp3
• make import batch link more visible on file import
• use associated request for prettier display in batch list
• populate artist name in metadata search based on request content
• remove "import" item in menu
• Fix ugly date in batch list, and include track album and detail
