Add an equalizer

What is the problem you are facing?

Some songs lack of bass for example. I would like to be able to adjust that balance from Funkwhale as it would be a really nice feature :)

What are the possible drawbacks or issues with the requested changes?

I don't really know but maybe it may be a problem to keep a good audio quality when using an equalizer on top of the output audio, or maybe latency :/
