Radios section redirects to login with public library

Steps to reproduce

  1. Visit the library at /library as anonymous user
  2. Click on Radios from the top menu

What happens?

Redirects to login.

What is expected?

Should show public radios.

Context

  • 1 library and 1 radio have been configured as public
  • Version 0.17, Debian 9, no docker, apache2 with mod_wsgi as proxy.
