Same album, different release
What is the problem you are facing?
I have several albums in different version (ie. original recording, remastered, vinyl).
It looks like funkwhale tries to collapse them in a single album, gathering tracks from all recording.
Here is an example with Magma/Mëkanïk Dëstruktïẁ Kömmandöh.
# Tags from the first track of each album

Tracks id are indeed the same but releasetrack and album IDs are different.
What we, human, call an album (an abstraction with possibly various releases) is actually the RELEASEGROUPID in MusicBrainz universe.
Here is what I end up with in funkwhale:
Nota bene:
Many music players out there just ignore MusicBrainzIDs, even if they don't, they won't use MB album IDs.
Then I'm explicitly tagging "Album" with the prefix "(japan remastered)" to work around player not using MUSICBRAINZ_ALBUMID to discriminate albums, the regular (ie. picard/MB) tagging would be "Mekanïk Destruktïẁ Kommandöh" for both albums.
