Feature Request : Community features

What is the problem you are facing?

Funkwhale is a community based tool to share music and exchange around music. I would love to have community features allowing to exchange around music. It could include :

• User comments on songs
• User comments on albums
• User comments on artists
• See what users have been listening (#1457 (closed))
• User profiles with description, name etc
• Editable description of artists (to add links, etc.)
• Follow users (already there #318 (closed) )
• See other users likes on songs, albums and artists (requires #492 )
• Wishlist of new music

Ideally these feature would be enabled or disabled by the admin depending on their use of Funkwhale (open or not, community oriented or net etc.)

What are the possible drawbacks or issues with the requested changes?

Not sure, it could be heavy on the database and interface ?
