Artist showing up while not existing

Steps to reproduce

1. On funkwhale.eliotberriot.com
2. Visit any page
3. Type "dead"
4. Check that "deadmau5" is showing up
5. Click on it, url changes but infinite loading
6. Go to /library/artists
7. Type the same in the artist search bar

What happens?

Acknowledge that it doesn't exist

What is expected?

Either we can see an artist and access his page, either it doesn't show up because he doesn't exist on the instance.

• Firefox 61.0.1 (64-bit)

Also, if you go to this song : https://funkwhale.eliotberriot.com/library/tracks/7065 You can access artist's page which load indefinitely too.

My guess is that the artist is created automatically because he is in a featuring but cannot create complete page about it.
