Date display bug when not tagued with MusicBrainz (Picard)

Steps to reproduce

If you tag an album without using MusicBrainz (Picard)...

What happens?

... the date in Funkwhale is shown as 1970.

Example, I tag an album with the date 1996, Funkwhale shows 1970. But if instead of 1996 I put 1996-01-01 or 1996/01/01, Funkwhale shows 1996 as expected.

Would be nice if we wouldn't need to use this trick to have the correct date displayed. :)
