« Import » permission without « Library » permission do not allow imports

Steps to reproduce

1. Add a new user (via sending it an invite)
2. Add this user the Upload permission
3. Wait above its shoulder when he/she tries to import something from YT ;-)

What happens?

• at the moment he/she clicks on « import tracks », nothing happens
• in the browser console, there is something like « error importing … » (I do not have the exact message with me, but can reproduce if needed).

If I add this user the « Library » permission, it starts working normally.

What is expected?

• It should work with « Import » permission alone.
