Import playlists from other music services

It would be great to be able to import a playlist spotify or deezer into funkwhale.

I remember using this service to play my spotify playlists on deezer at one time: https://www.mooval.de/

This might make it easier for people to leave their favorite service if they find their music elsewhere ^_<
