Add to Playlist pop up hidden by now playing screen

Steps to reproduce

1. Open player bar to show playlist/albumart etc
2. Click "add to playlist" button on bottom bar
3. Playlist element draws underneath the now playing view
4. Minimise now playing view

What happens?

Now playing window is always ontop of the add to playlist element. May be a side effect of #2144 (closed)?

What is expected?

Add to playlist visible whenever clicked.

Context

Funkwhale version(s) affected: 1.3.o

Not a major issue but annoying when leaving the now playing screen open as a background to my work. Screencast_from_06-06-23_23_26_46
