"Random" and "Less listened" radios in My Library section do not filter out elements from external libraries

I have found several feature request regarding radios and libraries but not an issue discribing what I'm facing, which is a bug IMHO.

As I understand the Explore and My library sections, the first one merges all the libraries, including the one from other users on my instance and the libraries I'm following and the second isdedicated to my libraries only. It appears to me, then, that launching the Less listened radio in *My libraries should only select less listened songs from my libraries.

This is not the current behavior.

Actually, even after I stopped following libraries from other users, these radios continue to broadcast songs from these foreign libraries (which is another bug but seems related, to me).
