upload silent errors with status "uploaded"

Steps to reproduce

Go to the upload page of a library, open the file browser, pick a file to upload. The file I choose used to be refused by Funkwhale.

What happens?

The upload seem to go well, the processing tab is not automatically updated

What is expected?

Upload status is consistent everywhere.
