Some management pages not reachable following vue-i18n update

Steps to reproduce

1. Log into a system where you have admin rights
2. Try to access one of the following pages from the Admin menu:

• Library (/manage/library/edits)
• Moderation (/manage/moderation/reports)

What happens?

Nothing. The page doesn't open. If you navigate to the page directly, it appears blank and shows the following in the console:
