Unable to create a channel on develop branch

Steps to reproduce

1. Visit your profile and select Add new under the Channels header
2. Select either Artist discography or Podcast
3. Fill in the details on the form
4. Select Create channel

What happens?

Nothing. No event fires, the modal isn't dismissed, and the channel isn't created.

What is expected?

The modal should be dismissed and the channel should be created.

Context

Funkwhale version(s) affected: 1.2.8+git.9d2a1da0

No information is logged to the console, so it looks like the button is just disconnected.
