Keyboard shortcuts not firing as expected

Steps to reproduce

Keyboard shortcuts seem to launch once and then not again after the first time. They also launch when using inputs, which goes against expectations.

Search input trigger

  1. On a pod running Vue 3/TS, type a seach term starting with a keyboard shortcut such as h, p, q

What happens?

Keyboard shortcuts trigger the first time a key is pressed.

What is expected?

Typing into an input should not trigger any shortcut.

First use trigger

  1. On a pod running Vue 3/TS, use a keyboard shortcut such as h, p, q
  2. Use a different shortcut or interact with some other element on the pod
  3. Try to use another keyboard shortcut

What happens?

The keyboard shortcut doesn't work.

What is expected?

The shortcuts should peform the action described in the shortcut modal
