Problem with artist name on compilations

Steps to reproduce

When I upload compilations, Funkwhale uses the artist of the first track for and attributes the whole CD to him. The problem is that it's a compilation, so the first artist is not at all the artist of the other tracks.

What happens?

I have 4 compilations of "la planète bleue" by "yves blanc". Normally I would like to find the 4 compilations under the artist name "yves blanc" because it is the person who created the compilation, but funkwhale assigns each CD to a different artist, for each CD it uses the artist of the first track.

What is expected?

I use the MusicBrainz Picard software as recommended to tag the albums. But there is a tag called "artist" and another one called "album artist" which seems to be totally adapted to these situations. For me Funkwhale should logically use the "album artist" tag for compilations. There is also a "Release type" tag that takes the value "album/compilation".
