Edit and Moderation options missing from Album View

Steps to reproduce

Ensure you are on the latest build

  1. Go to an album so you can see what library it's a member of, and what tracks are listed in it.
  2. Note that the 3 dot menu is not present and that there is no shortcut to edit, or access moderation options

What happens?

Album related editing and moderation settings are missing from the album page.

What is expected?

There should be a 3dot menu next to the play button which would include options such as Edit, and moderation options depending on whether the user is an owner or not.

Context

Funkwhale version(s) affected: 1.2.5 (But may have been in effect in versions released after 1.2.2)
