Allow the management of library membership for tracks and albums
What is the problem you are facing?
The idea is that within the frontend, we have the ability to modify what libraries uploaded media will be displayed on. Currently, we only get this choice when uploading the media, after that is done I cannot see a way to include other libraries at the same time.
The process would be achieved by allowing the album list to have a edit mode, with check boxes so I can go through and select the items I want to manage.
What are the possible drawbacks or issues with the requested changes?
I can't think of many drawbacks on this other than development time to implement possible UI changes to accommodate this functionality. This may also have side effects with private libraries sharing content that's also in public libraries.
Context
Making existing music available on more than one library. Admittingly this is more relevant to existing libraries where the amount of content outweighs the option to re-upload the library just to split it apart. The easier option would be this implementation.
