[Usability] Notes on upload UI FTUX

I'm moving my music from Soundcloud but I have trouble uploading with Funkwhale UX:

  1. If you miss the drag & drop rectangle when dropping file, it opens in browser and you must restart
  2. If you click outside the upload dialog, it disappears and you must restart

My suggestion to fix 1: make the drag & drop rectangle larger or handle dropping outside it somehow. To fix 2. add some kind of confirmation to cancel upload.

Now I went to editing uploaded track (while uploading). Looks nice but I'm not sure should I press X in top right corner to get back or press Update in bottom right

Yes, looks like X closes the whole dialog. Oh no, looks like it just lost my uploads when i closed it from X!

Yep, 0 tracks uploaded. At this point I thought I had to reupload everything.. But the upload could be resumed (this was not obvious).

Also after publishing files I'm trying to find tools to edit track details from the UI, but the three dot menu next to tracks doesn't offer it. I suppose I have to find some author UI to do that. It would be nice to go to "Edit track" directly.
