fix aspect ratio of placeholder cover in now playing screen

Tested preconditions:
OS: Gnu/Linux, Windows
Browser: Firefox
Screen: 16:9, 1080p

When replaying a podcast, the current episode doesn't have an attached cover, so the default placeholder is shown. On a desktop system with a sufficiently large screen the aspect ratio of the picture is not 1:1 anymore: broken

This could be fixed by setting the height to auto: fix

The aspect ratio will be 1:1 for arbitrary display sizes: better

I'm not invested enough in web technologies to know where in the source to apply this fix without breaking everything else, so it'd be nice if someone who knows what he's doing could do this :)
