Channel tracks missing cover are not displayed correctly

On a channel page, when the channel (mirrored from an rss feed) doesn't have a cover pic for each track, a default grey placeholder is inserted with the number of the episode in it. The form of the placeholder is not always the same/squared, so it is ugly, see:
