Creating an album should ask for uploading tracks and all album-metadata

What is the problem you are facing?

When creating a new album into a music channel, the albums gets created automatically. It should ask for uploading the tracks, album-cover and all the other metadata. Of course, it should be an option for letting the user skip that all.

Basically, it should:

  1. Open "Enter the name" dialog
  2. Show "Upload tracks" dialog
  3. Display "Edit album metadata" dialog

What are the possible drawbacks or issues with the requested changes?

I think it has no drawbacks, because it does not affect listeners, only uploaders.
