Allow to search, index all followed libraries of an instance

hey ! :)

I just finished writing a little script to follow all public libraries.

I've made some test and it appears that the only user that can access this content is the user I've used to follow the libraries.

I think it could be nice to create a way to access these followed libraries for everyone in the instance.

Admin could choose that, when a user in his instance use the "Follow remote libraries" tool, the libraries are indexed for everyone in the instance (and for external user if there are allowed to browse the content of the instance). Tthe "Explore" menu contains this libraries but the "My library" menu only contains the libraries the user choose to follow.

I think this is a way to permit to have a much bigger variety of music.

What do you think ?

Thx ! :D
