Support for .aif format

Hi Devs, I'm Dejvid from Cloud68.co and we host Funkwhale.

What is the problem you are facing?

The issue is that Funkwhale does not support the .aif format and it is a slightly popular one for audiobooks.

What are the possible drawbacks or issues with the requested changes?

Possible drawbacks would be that implementing this might take time since the format is proprietary.

Context

One of our partners wanted to upload his files in .aif format however Funkwhale wouldn't allow it.
