tracks exclusively use cover art attached to album, never themselves

albums and tracks can each have distinct cover art attached to them and the funkwhale web client does use the art attached to a track over the art attached to its album if it exists, but this android client unfortunately only uses album art - even when there is no art attached to the album whatsoever. this is unfortunate since i have several cases of albums whose songs don't necessarily share cover art.
