Allow automatic skip backward on pause.

This is a new feature request.

It would be useful to have playback automatically skip backward when playback is paused. There are at least two contexts where this is useful.

First, when interrupted while listening to spoken word, like a podcast, it can help the listener regain context of the narrative.

Second, when short on time while listening to music, I frequently want pause between tracks before removing earbuds to set the music aside. When resuming later, I prefer to restart the track. Missing the first couple seconds just feels jarring the next time I turn on the player.
