Radio Playback has a soft limit

Describe the bug

It appears that the radios played within the Otter app have a limit before the playlist stops adding tracks, whereas the web instance can grow as large as 500 tracks through the radio feature.

How to reproduce

Start a radio and see how many tracks it plays before it stops

Expected behavior

Radios should be near endless
